Do you do bathtub refinishing?
We do not do bathtub refinishing. We perform repairs on chips, scratches and dents for bathtubs, showers, tile, countertops, appliances and more.
What needs to be done before the appointment?
Please tag (clearly mark) all damages needing repairs, and please let our team know whether the area(s) will be well-lit. We will also need confirmation as to whether the unit is currently occupied
Does the unit need to be unoccupied/occupied?
We can complete repairs in both occupied and unoccupied units. However, we will need confirmation prior to the appointment, and we will also need to know the planned occupancy date if the unit is currently unoccupied.
Do you need to have someone present?
If the unit is currently unoccupied, you do not need to have someone present for the duration of the repairs. However, we will need someone present to let us into the unit. For occupied units, a person of 18 years or older should be present.
